Robert Bradley, JD
Mr. Bradley (Bob) is the owner of Bradley Management, a commercial real estate investment and management company located in Denver, CO. He has over 40 years of experience in real estate and business acquisitions. He was a partner in Tycon Developers from 1973 to 1988 and participated in the development of over 1M square feet of office space in the greater Washington, DC area and was also a partner in the law firm of Lewis, Mitchell & Moore during that time, practicing in the tax, real estate and business fields. Bob graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. degree, majoring in accounting and from the Georgetown University Law Center with a J.D. degree. He has been active in the community and with non-profits and is a past president of the Evergreen, CO. Rotary club as well as the Evergreen Rotary Foundation and a co-founder of Leanin.Team.
Chris Watney, LPC, MA
Chris Watney, LPC, MA
Chris Watney supports individuals, families and organizations through her therapy and executive coaching practice. Prior to that, Chris served from 2009 to 2016 as the President and CEO of the Colorado Children’s Campaign, a statewide advocacy organization working to increase access to health care for uninsured children, expand early childhood education access and quality; and improve the quality of our K-12 education system. Prior to joining the Children’s Campaign, Chris served as a spokesperson for U.S. Attorneys General Janet Reno and John Ashcroft at the U.S. Department of Justice, during the Oklahoma City bombing trials. Chris serves on the Board of Directors of the Denver Preschool Program and Gary Community Investments and is a Gubernatorial appointee to the Colorado State Board of Human Services. Chris has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado.

Foster R. Goss, DO, MMSc is currently an emergency physician at the University of Colorado Hospital and Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine within the University of Colorado School of Medicine. Dr. Goss completed his residency training at Albert Einstein Medical Center and then pursued a National Library of Medicine sponsored fellowship and Masters in Medical Science in Biomedical Informatics at Harvard Medical School and Clinical Decision Making fellowship at Tufts Medical Center. His research focuses on natural language processing, decision analysis and information retrieval, as it relates to patient safety, communication and coordination of care. He is also the founder of CareLoop, a digital health company focused on improving the patient experience, reducing clinician burnout, and improving transitions in care. His work has led to multiple publications and presentations at national conferences. Fiji donated his platform to Leanin and provided the original seed funding to start Leanin.Team.

James Rouse brings individuals and communities together by conducting seminars throughout the United States. He is very passionate about mental health and hosts a daily mental health podcast that has listeners from around the world. James is an international speaker and he hosts workshops on “Caring for the Caregiver” and these have been very valuable to the community over the past few years. James is working on National Mental Health projects and his passion for bettering lives is an absolute gift.
Amy Saxton
Amy Saxton
Amy brings 30 years of education and non-profit marketing and recreation industry experience to the table. Amy led marketing and sales for 12 years with both regional and national Outward Bound efforts, departing as the Vice President of Marketing and Enrollment. At Outward Bound, Amy was integral to leading the organization through mergers and reorganizations where she used skills born of guiding students through the wilderness to help the business reform itself and succeed. She served as Director of Marketing at Naropa University, and is active in community and excel at project management and strategic planning. Today, after 2 years leading a project to create a county-wide paved bike path across Clear Creek County, she is now an advocate for all transportation needs on behalf of the County, working with multiple stakeholders, varied public funds and a wide array of subject matter experts from rafting industry leaders to roadway engineers. Amy is one of the original founding members of Leanin.Team.

Nora has a technology background and over the past 25 years has founded two consulting firms. She founded Slalom consulting in 1993 and today is leveraging technology to improve the lives of citizens through SmartCities. Nora’s passion for mental health began at a very early age. She faced major adversity throughout her entire childhood and because she was taught coping skills at a very early age she was able to rebound and use adversity as a learning experience to become a stronger person. She is very grateful to her family and community she had as support and wants all individuals to feel supported.
Clay Whitton

Clay Whitton is a senior at Evergreen High School. He has lived in Evergreen his whole life, and enjoys activities in the outdoors, including hiking, skiing, and golfing. Following a traumatic experience in 2017, Clay became very passionate about mental health. He hopes the work he does with LeanIn.Team will provide students in need with the necessary resources to be happy and healthy.

Elli Rouse is a senior at Evergreen High School. She has lived in Indian Hills and Evergreen her whole life, and is a strong advocate for mental health. She is drawn to working with and empowering youth through positive mental health advocacy and healthy lifestyle behaviors. Elli’s future goals include pursuing an undergraduate degree in pre-med/psychology and attending medical school with an emphasis in pediatrics.

Riza Pykkonen is a junior at Evergreen High School. She became a mental health advocate and speaker at 12 years of age after her story was published in a book written by Guido Frank, MD. Riza was the perfectionist who played multiple sports and strived for perfect grades. At a very early age Riza learned coping skills that completely changed her life.

Kaylie Pykkonen is a junior at the University of Colorado Boulder, majoring in English and Journalism. The mental health crisis is one of Kaylie’s primary concerns and she hopes to use her education to implement effective initiatives across the country. In order to do so, Kaylie hopes to attend law school and practice in public policy. Kaylie attended Evergreen High School and is passionate about helping the community.
